Busy, Busy, Busy!!

Phew! We have been suuuuuuper busy in the last few weeks! We finally started our first Core text The Skin Im In by Sharon Flake and the kids are really enjoying it. We have been focusing on pinpointing specific character traits and searching for the textual evidence to support them. The kids have been doing a fabulous job justifying their answers and I am confident they will be experts by the time SBAC rolls around in the Spring!

Next week, students will be starting their Personal Narratives! This is my favorite Performance Task because I really get to know the kids! I can not wait to share their work with you!!
